To whom it may concern,
I have been an at&t customer for eight years now, as of today's phone call with a customer relations personel, I am finally leaving at&t. For the record last month's bill for two lines was 330.00 dollars and this month 550.00 For a representative not to see why this is a problem to me and offer no viable solutions is ridicolous. I am so happy to be moving to T Mobile. AT&T is apparently the only company that did not get the memo : This is not the 1990s those ridiculous bills are no longer acceptable. I am extremly upset that I was loyal to a company for eight years that did not deserve it
