Dear ATT,
just because decided to change my billing cycle after eight years of service, doesn't mean that I can go to my employer and request to be paid earlier. I have been paying my bill for 8 years between the first and the fift. You do not have the right to interfere on my life style nor can tell me to move my payments setup just because after almost a decade later you want to be paid earlier. This is my bye bye ATT letter. I just wanted to reach out and let you know why I am upset. I might not be the only one. You will be paid the fift and my account will be cancel. Thank you.
