I don't have an account with you. I purchased a phone September 19th and returned it September 24, your continuing to bill me and screwing around with my credit and I will be compensated for this. It has been ridiculous!!!!!

I WILL be compensated for the credit score is now have do to your horrible service includes customer service reps. I am repulsed. Best buy in Salem New Hampshire is taking it up with you people but, I will be compensated or go through arbitration.
