Billing

To whom it may concern, I had recently been getting charges of 15$ for going over data shared plan. While in Florida, I went into an ATT store and upgraded for increased data from 10 to 15 - no extra charge.

Would you please consider waiving the charge of 90$. Had I known about the free data upgrade, our account may have not gone over.

Please advise.
