Too many wasted hours!!!

I am sick of being placed on hold, transferred, or disconnected. I have talked to customer service people in Texas, California, and Kansas in a nightmare that has gone on over a month. There is not one person that has been able to explain to me why I have 2 separate accounts for the 1 phone I've had forever. These 2 accounts have overlapping dates and so it looks to me like I'm being charged twice. I've continued to pay my bill on 1 of the accounts and have not had any disruption in my service. The other account says my service has been disconnected and I'm now being turned over to collections. I just don't understand how that could all happen when it's the same phone with the same phone number on both accounts!?!?!?
