here is my story i have 2 iphone 5 s's and a tablet on my plan.
we all had 10 gigs and kept going over by only a couple gigs ....so
I decided to up it to 15 cause we had never used 15 gigs EVER.....But
low and behold we end up using a couple gigs more......and then
ATT wanted to be Genorous and said well give you 50% more data for free which is a lie because they only give you 5g so my data allowance went up to 20gigs
so i had 6 gigs of roll over data........and then
this last billing cycle right after they gave us the extra data we had a total of 26 gigs of data to use outrageous right weve never used that much ever at all never ever........but guess what
i looked at our bill this month october 2015 and it says that we used almost 25 gigs this is insane we dont use our phones anymore than we ever had and we never use our tablet but progressively we go over and over and over i dont want to cry scam but come on i went over by 2 gigs so i purchase 5 more well cant have that so now i magically use 7 more gigs
something is not right and the corporation commision need to get involved
