Ive been a at&t costumer for over 8 years and i never had an issue with making a payment arrangement or changing one intil today ,I was told no modifacations could be made to my account at the time until my past due is payed. I dont understand why they would change policies with out notifacation. If i had known the arrangement would be an issue like this i could hve done something else. the online payment option should have a worning or something to let us know of these changes
