Billing us when we cancelled our account 2 months ago

We cancelled our account with ATT 8-23-15 and paid nearly $900 to get out of our contract. We were told we may get a small bill in a few weeks because of the way the cycle fell. We did get a bill for $26.64 which we also paid and we were told all was well and we were done with ATT. <br>Imagine our surprise when we got a bill this month for $130. When we called about it we were told that we hadn't cancelled the tablet, just the phones. WHAT THE H! We cancelled the account and paid the amount we were told to pay to take care of it. Now no one will help us, we can't get this matter resolved and everyone just passes the buck. WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY A BILL THAT WE DON'T OWE! ATT made a mistake and are holding us responsible. WHO DO WE GO TO TO GET THIS FIXED?
