Very unhappy

I was completely misinformed about joining the AT&T next program. I was told by an at&t representative that by joining the next program, every month you will get charged $32.50 for your device, but you will get $25 off your monthly payment. The representative told me that my monthly phone bill (which was about $73.00 a month) would only go up by about $7. That was the only reason I decided to get this new iPhone 6s on the AT&T next program. I checked my bill and not only is the "monthly $25.00 off" actually a monthly fee of $25 for the AT&T next program, but I was not informed that there was a $15 upgrade fee. My bill says $120.60. That is not anywhere near what I was paying and is definitely not $7.00 more than my original bill which was about $73.00. I am extremely unhappy about how high my bill has raised and when I explained to the customer service representative, she did not have a good attitude that seemed to want to genuinely help me. She did tell me that the $15 upgrade fee was only a one time fee. But she went on to say "You're bill is only going to be $115 a month." Overall, I am extremely, extremely unhappy.
