phone replacement.

Hello, I have just had to get a phone replacement I have had trouble with it since I got. It. I went back at 10 days and they did a soft reset. I said that I wanted to go back to the I phone. They told me it would take a little time to get use to the phone and I had time to change it. They never told me I had only 2 weeks to return it. I am now getting a replacement phone and it is refurbished. I'm am having to pay for a new phone. This is not fair. I am really disappointed in the way I have been treated. I have had att for over 10 years. I did what your store told me to do. Know I'm the one who is losing. Not only am I getting a phone that I did not want from the beginning. But I'm getting a used phone. (Refebished ) that I'm having to pay for a new phone. I was told at the store one of my options was to sell the phone and pay off my account then get another phone. But now getting a Refebished phone. I would not get enough to replace this phone. I have loved having att but I am going to another company with both of my linesThey will pay off my phone with you and they will give the iphone that I want. I'm am sorry it has come to this.
