I signed a contract with ATT –My company BYOD program with a family plan of four lines in December 2014. Its been a nightmare with ATT since then when it comes to billing. The credits were never issued right and when I reach out to customer care they are not really helpful and have no clue how the employ discount actually works.Even after spending hours and hours on call with them there is no resolution. Most recently I spent 4 hours on call with custumer care and they keep transferring me back and forth between discount verification and billing department. I have reached out many times to a person who is point of contact for this discount program without any help. She takes one month to reply lol. I mean one month really......?The most recent issue I have with ATT billing is they are charging me $40 dollars per line but as per contract between my company and ATTwith them its supposed to be $35(for voice and text). Is there any legal or compliance department that i can reach out to? I am really tired , frustated and exhuasted in getting this resolved. Any one please help.....Thank you
