AT&T What is Up with this AT&T Next? I've been a loyal AT&T (iPhone) customer since 2007 upgrading them with every new version that has come out. I knew when I Pre-ordered the new 6S and 6S Plus that it would cost me $45 (incresed from $35 last year) for the upgrade! So, I received my Bill this month, the $45 (Per) upgrade cost was there, PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $50 plus Taxes because I didn't elect the new AT&T next Plan.
Phone ($826.00 or 35.42 a month + $15 per month for 2-years.
So, after I buy the phone from AT&T you then went $40 a month to use it? I was paying $15. That is another $300 a year, $600 to cover the 2-year contract multiplied times the 2 phones that I upgraded and now you want me to pay after the cost of the phones an additional $1200 over 2 years, that under my Discount for Mobile Share Value Savings that I SAVED!
With the 5S phones I changed out, I was going to Upgrade TWO other phones (I have 5) on my account BUT as soon as I change them out. AT&T will delete those credits and will charge me an addtional $25 a month, or $300 a year for each one of those phones. Did AT&T see that Military Retirees are probably not getting a COLA raise this year. I could have worked with a $5 increase on each phone but $25 is alot. Thanks for letting me vent.
