I will not relinquish the unlimited data plan which costs me dearly and AT&T efforts to coerce anyone who will not give up their unlimited data plan is subject to having their service altered and data service choked at 3GB and even more at 5GB. Couple questions AT&T needs to answer and disclose to the people still holding onto their unlimited data at $59 per month:
If you choke at 3GB you are not providing what we pay for and even more so at 5GB. Unlimited Data should be unlimited data and at the very least you owe your customers to have what they pay for equal to the 5GB level of service.
Please explain. Explain to all of us how you manage to legitimately deprive us when we pay you more than the 3GB and 5GB users. This seems to be a violation of the DTPA laws.
