I just got off the phone with customer care, me being a 2 year customer n was going for another 2 yrs because my contract is going to exp in march, well not any more. I was speaking with a rep name mark n did not help me at all. I was telling me things as if i work for at&t. "I should use this and that etc." I am a asst manager for a retail store n if a customer honestly dosnt know the products, they shouldnt be penalize because it wasnt told to the customer when i got in the plan. So basically he told me that thier not anything they can do, so i will be finishing up my contract and taking my business somewhere they know who to speack with customers.
