I switched mine and my husband's wireless service to AT&T back in April 2015 and was told I was going to get $200 credit per line because we qualified for the next on the 2 galaxy's we selected. I got my first $200 so I was still missing my other $200. I gave it a month and nothing, called the following month an the rep said I had to wait so many days for the next credit to appear. I waited the days I was told and nothing, I called again and this other rep was reading me the promotion rules and it specified that 4 billing cycles needed to pass and I would see the credit. So I called again today because this would be the 5th billing cycle and no credit was applied. Now the rep said that I didn't qualify for the promotion because that promotion was for January that they just started this promotion this month. I told her that just last month that promotion was still being promoted on the radio. I am very upset at the fact that ATT is not honoring what they promised. So just recently I had another situation where I switch my cable to Uverse and what do you know, they promised a visa reward card of $250. I only received $150 so here I go again calling customer service and what do you know, I didn't qualify again for the promotion. I don't even know why I switched over should've just kept Dish and Metro PCS
