Due to my husband being military, he got orders to go to Germany. We got here in June and told AT&T that we had to cancel our cell phone service. They said it would be taken care of and there would be no problems. Since then, we've received bills every month even after us calling every month to tell them we were told our service was supposed to be cancelled. Now they're saying they're sending a $988 dollar bill to collections and that we never cancelled our service. Basically being led around and around in circles by people who won't let you cancel just to syphon money out of you. Horrible customer service and completely rude. When we come home I will definitely never use AT&T again due to this being the second time, in two different contracts, of dealing with pure incompetence in billing and customer service. This will be resolved one way or another but this bill will not be paid just because of their negligence.
