when we signed on the rep told me nothing but lies... i found this out today for fact by an att rep...she stated that att had a plan for client's over fifty who were disabled ...she quoted the wrong amnt our bill would be, when i was very specific about it...when i asked if the phone would be ours even if we did not go with att she absolutely...the phone would be ours free and clear...her name was JISSILLE...and she failed to inform me of all fees included in first months bill...EVEN THOUGH I WAS VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT ALL AREAS ...THEREFORE WE WERE PLACE WITH A VERY DIFFICULT HARDSHIP FINANCIALLY.....AND ENTERED INTO A CONTRACT WITH FALSE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US....I SEE THIS IS ACCEPTABLE TO ATT....NOW TELL ME HOW YOU WOULD FEEL IF THIS WAS DONE TO YOU !!! I WOULD APPRECIATE AN ANSWER !!!
