i waited in queue for over 2hrs to get my issues resolved! sad thing is, my call was NEVER answered. sent a message through Facebook to see about getting assistance & 2different reps responded asking for my account information to try to alleviate the issue. my family utilizes 3 products from this company. after dealing with subpar service in the local stores, we tried the do it yourself options. the website, app & text alerts all have different information about the accounts. what's the issue? i have never dealt with such poor customer service & the ironic part is that i haven't dealt with an actual person today. poor service & lack of representative knowledge from in-store employees prompted a different approach to the issue & it only created a bigger issue. disgusted & appalled about the lack of quality customer service from this company.
