Last weekend I attempted to purchase a GoPhone plan and after numerous attempts I gave up and finally headed to the store instead of buying my stuff online. During my last attempt I received an email with an order confirmation, which was immediately followed up by an email that my order was cancelled because my identity could not be verified and that my creditcard would not be billed. Hoewver, it was billed and the money has still not been transferred back to my account. What do I need to do to fix this? Calling is difficult at the moment.
