I was on the phone 1 and a half hours yesterday waiting to talk with someone. They solved half the problem and sent me to another dept after 30min he came on and said the problem was solved. this morn I check my bill and its not there. another 1 and a half on the phone waiting this morn. she came on and i was telling my problem and then the line went dead. this is the poorest customer service ever! When I calm down Im going to the store and cancel my service.
