Trying to swap from Verizon

I have spent over 30  hours on phone calls with ATT. 1st, while placing my order, after 6 hours on the phone because ATT doesn't recognize my physical address, the guy swapped my plan from the NEXT to a 2 year. That kept me from recieving my credits that would pay my verizon cancellation fees. I then had to refuse the phones that were shipped to me so that I could later place my order. I have written down everything from the 1st phone call including the fact that my phone bill would be 187 a month with a 20$ discount for bundling with directv. I refused the package and called att to ensure the order was cancelled and the phones were recieved. No one could cancel the order because the terms and conditions had already been accepted. That day I spent 4 hours and 45 mins and knew nothing more than I did when I called. I waited til the next day in hopes I would get someone different that knew what they were doing. 3 hours later, My order was "cancelled". I then called a few days later to replace my order. 5.5 hours on the phone, The guy had told me what my monthly pricing would be (187) and went through the process all to get to the end and   couldn't get my address to go through and apologized that He couldn't help me and He had done everything possible. I called the next day to get someone different. They placed my order but had to contact a different department because my original order wasnt canceled and the lines were still set to port on the phones that were shipped to me that I refused. I had to give a different address because they couldnt get it to go through either. My bill is now up to 189 plus I no longer recieve a 500$ credit per line for swapping. I only recieve 400. AND I only get 10  a month credit for bundling direct because the 20 a month deal has expired. Was told I would Only pay 99 cents. Now,after on the phone from 11:30am to 5:30pm, (6 hours) 92$ has been taken out of my account and its UNAUTHORIZED!! I call to find out why and my billing account password is wrong?? I have had the same billing password for every phone call and now its WRONG?! They can fix it by texting a code to my "primary line". The primary line they set is my daughters phone. I blatantly told her my line needed to be the primary. My daughters phone doesnt recieve calls or texts after 7:30pm so They wouldn't send a code to any of the other lines that were being ported because those werent the primary lines. 3.5 hours on the phone. I still dont know why I was charged so much. I spoke to 10 different people tonight and the last one told me to call at another time because customer care would be open and he couldn't even pull up my account at all(after putting me on hold for 20 mins). Also, I was informed My phone bill is 259 per month even after the first month instead of what I was told by the original 3 people. I have an order on the way but I think I will stick with the verizon. This 80 extra a month is worth the customer service I get cuz if it is THIS HARD to get att, I'm agine how hard it will be once I'm a customer.
