I was in family plan with my sister ,brother ,and my mother ,but my sister decide to disconnect her account cause of the bill was high ,and i take over the account since then my life start being miserable cause of my bill getting high my mother phone she don't use data but she get charge to use data and my brother doesn't received text messages and my bill of november came over $1000 I usually paid $220 or less with 4 phones and with 3 phone start paying more and our e lines was disconnect cause of the bill was over $1000 and called and go to at&t store they said it was a mistake they change my plan to a minutes plan after that they make an adjustment of $998 and they make me paid $331 I disconnected my mother and my brother to keep only my line and I have a bill $435 to paid.
now only think I'm asking why I have to paid reconnection fee for something AT&T made the mistake to put me on the wrong plan?
