Customer Service...

Is it me or does it not seem that the CEO down to high mgr's need to be viewing these posts, as their customer service department needs retraining or makeover, as it seems that we are all catching the same few less than helpful individuals or - "AT&T has gotten the "BIG HEAD" of a monopolizing company? (This is why monopolies are suppose to be eliminated )

I say we all petition for the customer service departments review or go on strike against AT&T to remedy the problem, if they were an individual or small company again to be forced to use this dept, we might get heard/satisfied!!

Still no answer back from customer service...hopefully i might get to take my numbers with me to a new provider, doubtful.
