My son is is dealing with an payment issue. AT&T took the funds out of his bank account but claims that the payment was never received. The bank has faxed the proof of payment to AT&T, not once, but twice. AT&T claims they haven't received the fax. My son went into an AT&T store and a Manager at the store faxed the proof of payment. AT&T says it hasn't received THAT fax! Are you kidding me??? The employee told Customer Care that he had the proof of payment in his hand and he personally faxed it - they said "Nope, didn't get it". What the heck!!!! He's hat his wits end. Can SOMEONE suggest what to do next?
