Hi this is Odet [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]! Recently I got a new plan with att! I paid my first bill but it didn't go thru! So I got another bill showing that I haven't paid and it's a past due!So I had to pay immediately and I did! Bt it didn't go thru again! I'm guessing I'm having a problem with my bank account that I need to fix as soon as possible! So I wanna know if I got overcharged because my bill shows more than my monthly bill amount! Is there anyways that we can fix?!
