So when I set up this phone, the phone bill was always due on the 12th, and the rollover period was the 15th, which allowed me to use my data freely. However, for unknown reasons, the billing date has been moved to the 6th which makes me wait 10 whole days for extra data. I am a teenager and the other Line is also a teenager, we use a lot of data. It just irritates me because it charges us extra once we go over. So my question is, why has my billing payments been moved? And can I call to change this ?
