4 Months and Rate Plan Changes Still Haunting Me

I changed my rate plan in May - yep 4 months ago. I've called in 4 times, dealt with customer care via Twitter, and gone in store. While they all confirm that i'm being double charged for my plan, and claim to resolve it, each subsuqent bill still has 2 full rate plan charges. What else can be done here? This is pure insanity. I was told to only pay $65 and a "case" would be opened to correct the error and resolve the over billage - but instead my serivce was suspended. This simple rate plan change has taken up far to much time.
