First things first, I've experienced the worst customer service with this carrier and each time a new bill would roll around, I'd have to phone in because of the random fees I'd discover after observation of the receipt. They'd rectify the problems during the call but the same thing would happen monthly until I finally had had enough of being overcharged. The agent(s) attempted to go over my charges but would fail to be precise in detail. In the end, I chose not to continue my service with AT&T but was then charged another outstanding bill after my termination.
Is there someone I should get in touch with to possibly fix this debt?
