FYI att customers. My data plan was changed by att from a 15 gb plan to a twenty gbs. When I called to have this fixed no one had an answer for me as to how my plan changed 😱. After speaking with several reps and then a supervisor I was finally told that they just wanted people to take advantage of their promotional 20 gb plan since it was the same price as the 15(it was $12 more). For some reason, not one person would confirm or deny this obvious fact. Anywho- since I'm such a "good, long term customer" they offered me an even better price for a data plan in exchange for me forgetting about this blatantly shady business practice and I accepted. I will be much more vigilant with regards to the details of my boil from now on. Also, my promised confirmation email and/or text never came from this supervisor after my problem was "solved." Btw- never had a problem with att until recently and this is really disappointing.
