Att has ALWAYS billed one month in advance. This is why the first bill is extremely high, correct? That being said, since the "new change in billing due dates", I have been billed for July FOUR times. The cycle 6/8-7/7 is for service 7/8-8/7. I got a huge bill that month and was told it was for service through the END OF AUGUST. July 2 (I paid $200), July 11 (I paid $212), July 28 (I paid $88)!! This is $ 500 in one month. I see multiple credits for all of the calls I made to Att to dispute my bill but that doesn't change the fact that I keep getting bills saying "payment not received". The billing department needs to get their **** together! I just got another bill for $177.88 (saying payment not received) This is for service August 1st thru the 15th. I am PAID IN FULL UNTIL THE END of August. The bill I pay August 28th is for service thru September 28!! ONE MONTH ADVANCE BILLING HAS ALWAYS BEEN ATT POLICY. The call center reps are doing all they can by issuing credits!! Nothing will truly change until the BILLING GLITCH IS FIXED!!!
