I've had service with you for 6 years and my bill always has been do the 23rd which I paid in full on time. I go in today 8/20 and it says I'm past due cause my due date was changed to the 19th which I never asked for nor authorized. Secondly I called and cancelled my order to upgrade to a iPhone 6 yet your system says I still have a pending order which makes me not eligible for upgrade. Tell me why would I keep you and not have this number switched to Verizon?
