ATnT changed the wireless plan without consent. Twice!

Hi,

I have been a loyal AT&T customer since 2008.
In 2010 I upgraded to get a Blackberry and with it I got the now grandfathered unlimited data, 450 min and 200 msgs plan - that has always been sufficient with me.
In 2012 I upgraded to HTC one and that was the first time they changed my plan, without consent saying that they were no longer offering the unlimited data. I only noticed this when my bill showed an unusually large amount being charged. After some LONG phone calls, I was able to get back my plan.
In 2014 I upgraded to HTC m8 and that was the second time they changed my plan - again without my consent. Again repeated the previous process, this time I got back the unlimited data but then I did not get back the 200 msgs. It is my fault that I am too trusting in the system and do not bother to check my bills as I have auto pay set up?
Now I noticed the change only in June 2015 as again the billing amount was substantially higher than the general ballpark figure that I was used to paying. Called the customer service, got the difference that they had over charged me for the past year and was told that they will have the old messaging plan reinstated - that did not happen. Instead I got a $20 unlimited msg plan added - that too was charged twice on my bill! Again, noticed it as the bill was way higher than my past bills.
This time I am very mad. How many times does one have to call AT&T to get one problem fixed - a problem that was first created by AT&T themselves?
I tried calling AT&T again, they put in a case and promptly denied saying that they no longer offer the same plan. On my 5th call this time, I was told by one AT&T Team Manager that he cannot do anything and that if I was so mad at AT&T I should change to some other carrier if I so wanted! Not a surprise as I have come to expect this level of customer service from AT&T now.
How does one go about fixing the overcharge and my old plan back?
