Can someone please provide me a number or email address to ATT Corporate Escalations. I was promised by a representative that I would receive a one time courtesy credit for my overage due to the fact that it had NEVER happened and then I was put on the phone with another rep who read the notes and said she saw the notes but would not be able to help. I asked for a supervisor and who treated me so arrogantly and rudely I want to SWITCH MY SERVICE. Did not try and do anything!! Please help!!!
