VERY UPSET

First of all i want to say that my grandmother and i have been loyal customers for 10 years now. I have been very happy with AT&T up until now. I have even  defended ATT when someone has been dissatisfied and gone to another company! AFTER what has been done to me i can now see WHAT those people were talking about! Even out local ATT store agrees that ATT has done me bad wrong. Heres what happened. Out internet wifi went out at home which resulted in overages on the bill. My grandmother is an old lady and she didnt realize what was going on. So i talked to our local store and she said that yall are very good at understanding things like that happening and to call and explain what happened. I did call and yall are NOT understainding at all but i agreed to do payments on the day that i made a payment for some reason my payment didnt go through and this also happned with another customer as well  so it wasnt just me. THat is not my fault that the payment didnt go through and YES i had money in the account. So the next thing i know i am getting an email saying that i owe 1170.00 and i am about to be suspended so for a WEEK you hear me A WEEK i called ATT and explained what happened and that i am not happy at all about this and EVERY TIME i was transferred to a so callled specialist that "was not taking calls at this time" YES I an ANGRY about this. That following monday I am suspended. I have my mom who by the way is handicapped and  NEEDS the phone as well as my grandmother and myself we all need the phones so i did not do this on purpose. So i went to my local ATT store and she called for me and let me talk to customer service which was rather insulting at that bc when i said that i made a payment but for some reason it didnt go through she says to me that she didnt see a payment attempt basically making it like i am lying. Well of course its not showing because it didnt for some reason go through! This is a VERY SORRY way to treat anyone especially loyal customers. YOu can clearly see on the bill that something isnt right on the bill. And also I just have upgraded! Common sence would tell yall that I didnt do this on purpose. I would not have upgraded just to turn around and NOT pay my bill. This is sorry to do to someone. and i can promise you this: IF i am able to pay this now 2000.00 bill to get it out of suspension and  I will also pay my phones off that are on the next plan so that i can sell them to someone and I WILL NOT BE BACK TO ATT.....EVER!  I can promise you that! I now understand what all the other people have been talking about that has left yall and gone to another company! This is rather sad. No one knows or wants to do the right thing anymore!
