Issue With Bill

Hello,
I contacted Customer Support last month when my billing date was moved up in too short of notice for me to make the payment. I spoke with a woman, I believe her name was Michelle, who was very helpful. She adjusted my bill due date for this month, and last month she said pay on the day I usually do, and any late fees would be waived.
My billing date was changed for this month, but my bill is usually $165.00. This month it is a HUGE SHOCK... $204.00...!!!!!!!! What happened!?
HELP!
