I had the most horrible experience tonight with At&t sup George Id no.GCX3H,I was charged $346.80 for a suspended line which was reactivated without my consent.I called 8/6/15 and was told by a customer service rep that I would get a credit and now my bill is $327.96 instead of $603.25.I was about to pay my bill on line but i realized i wasn't reimbursed the full amount since i was only paying $9.99 per month,i called and spoke to Daniel tonight and he said he could only give $25.00 credit maximum and i said i needed at least $50.00 credit he said it was beyond his authority so i asked him to transfer me to a sup who could probably give me more credit , i was asked to hold for a long time and finally transferred to George,a supervisor and to my dismay and surprise he immediately told me that i declined the $25.00 and will not be given any credit at all, I explained that i never declined the credit but I was asking for more because the charges are illegal and he arrogantly insisted that i declined it ,i kept telling him i didn't as a compromise I told him to give me the $25.00 credit to get over with it so i could pay my bill now and to transfer me back to Daniel who offered $25.00 credit because he wasn't helping anyways and he said i can't be transferred back to him, i asked to be transferred to another supervisor and he said there's no other supervisor and my case is closed. I told him i'm At&t customer for almost 20 yrs and now because of this incident that caused me too much stress and anxiety i'm thinking of transferring to T-Mobile and he said to go right ahead , it's my option.Why do you have a sup like him?he doesn't have any customer service skills at all, instead of resolving the problem , he would even aggravate the situation by his arrogance and incompetence,i bet I was not the only one who complained about him who has a one track mind who has no sympathy at all to customers and would play games when he should not be doing this at the expense of customers who have legitimate reason to complain. I'm so dissapointed this is the first time i encountered such a rude and unhelpful person from AT&T , this person should not be working with customers because of his incompetence, arrogance and selfish demeanor.The buttomline is that we have a very legitimate complaint,to repeat what i previously said At&t should not have reactivated a suspended line without my permission and the charges we complained about was caused by this illegal activation.Let it be known that if we transfer our service to other provider you could only blame George, your incompetent supervisor.
