awful customer service by some rep named Anna

I was 3 days late paying my bill and AT&T turned off my phones. I called to make a payment arrangement because I needed to pay to get my car fixed first. The lady, Anna, was rude to me when I asked if I could pay half today and half tomorrow. She told me "no" bc service had already been suspended. First of all, I don't care what the policy states, being rude to me when I call for help really irritates me. Especially since you are supposed to be in the servicing business. What sent me over the edge is that she HUNG UP ON ME. Guess I will be ending my service with AT&T and take my business elsewhere.
