Would it be possible for AT&T to change its notification system about autopay so that there are not conflicting messages? In same day I got one text saying to call about autopay issue, and one hour later a text said "autopay confirmation" and something about a new autopay billing start date, even though the problem still existed. The heading "Autopay confirmation" is as far as some busy people might read and not know that there is a problem with their autopay until they get a bill for a huge amount with late fees attached.
Also, billing people could be more customer service friendly. I can report names of those who were and were not friendly in helping me to resolve this issue respectfully.
