I called and made an arrangement to pay on my acct. I told customer service rep I would pay one payment on 12/11 and the next payment on 01/10 he assured me all would be good. I made the 12/11 payment and now today 12/26 my acct. is suspended and when I called they said they couldn't help me because the person I talked to didn't note it. Now I have had my acct. for almost ten years and for AT&T to say there's nothing they can do for me??? Has AT&T really gotten that low? What happened to the customer is always right or at least giving a customer with my payment record the benefit of doubt. I will not be renewing my service thanks AT&T for not being there!
