I am on Social Security. I have had auto- pay set up for years! This change effects me drastically! I had to withdraw from auto-pay as your new discretionary date is prior to my money being available to me. This is my only income! I'm sure I'm not the only one similarly effected. ATT, I'm shopping for a new carrier! This was the last straw of inconsideration for loyal customers who get NO PRIVELEGES,
