Wanting to check on what ATT charges monthly for our iPhone hotspots , I called ATT where I was assured it cost nothing on the shared plan although we were paying 28.00+ for a Mifi. I explained that when we got our new IPhones I discontinued the Mifi as we would not need that device anymore. Rep said we had been paying that fee for over 2 years and why haven't I checked my bill? I told her I had but the bills were so convoluted that I'm sure more than 80% of your customers can't make them out either. She said they have no records of my call to disconnect that Mifi device.
At this point having been a loyal AT&T customer I am outraged! Told her I would be looking at my options to sever the ties with her company, she didn't care even ask me if I wanted her to take care of that for me right now?
