Hi,
I have been charged $95 ( total of $111) just for cancelling my account 2 days prior to contract end date. I requested to port my number to different service provider thinking my contract was over as ATT website showed i was eligible for upgrade. Even though i was charged for the service i am being charged $95 for early termination just 2 days prior to end date. This looks to be unethical when the cost of the phone is already recovered by ATT. Please help resolve this issue.
