ATT Family Map Fiasco

I have been an ATT customer for many years, but an issue I have had trying to cancel Family Map makes me want to go and find another carrier! Since I have had combined billing for my U-Verse  services as well as my wireless, I have had problem after problem with billing errors. I have called to cancel family map more times than I can count. Each time the rep is apologetic, issues me a refund and promises to cancel the service. Within weeks I will receive another text message letting me know that Family Map is renewing again. It is so annoying!!! Since I am  a busy person, I often put off calling to re-cancel for months at a time. This is mainly because it takes a huge chunk of time to call in and make these changes. Today I called and asked to have my bill uncombined, so this does not keep occuring, and asked for a credit. I was told that they were only able to credit me for 2 months. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she did not see any record of me calling to cancel Family Map in the past. Wow. Speechless. I know ATT has record of my credits, so why was Lacorsha Wilson unwilling to review those past credits with me? She said there were too many and she couldn't review them with me. I asked her if any of those credits were in the same amount as the Family Map, she said she wouldn't have time to look. She basically told me that she had no record of me ever calling to cancel Family Map. End of call. Terrible customer service!!!!
