AT&T double-billing me for wireless service. No customer support.

In January I lost my phone. I ordered a new one from AT&T online, and when it arrived I went to the AT&T store on Fresh Pond Parkway in Cambridge, MA to get my wireless service moved from my old phone to my new phone. Agent talked me into a new service at increased cost. When my bill arrived, I learned that they had associated my old wireless plan with a new phone number that I don't use since I only have one phone and I was getting charged for both the old and new service plan. I was out of the country and called AT&T support, and was told that I would have to return to the exact location that set up the account to correct the problem. I went there today, and was told that it now too late to correct the problem. I am being overcharged $84 a month.
