I am added in a line of 10 people. I myself have 2 numbers on this line. The account i am linked to has requested AT&T to block all international calls from the line. But still 3 times now, the numbers are unblocked. We do use different apps to call internationally. But when the number is unblocked, calls go through AT&T.
AT&T charges huge amounts for these calls. They do not even notify that the numbers have been unblocked. I am still not sure why the numbers are getting unblocked again and again. This is teh 3rd time and i have paid around 300$ for international calling, CAlled customer support and everytime they say that the numbers are NOT blocked for international calling. They block teh numbers and then its again teh same story after a few months.
No one has time to get these things calrified again and again plus pay huge amounts too as they say they can raise a request to waive off the the international calling but never do.
Highly unsatisfied.
