Dear Att, prior to my 6/12 payment I had requested via online to make the payment date for 6/16 an it still came out the 12th which resulted in a return item charge.. So I called on 6/11 for a late payment arrangement.. I told the the att rep that I needed to pay 2 bills, 1 on 6/16 an 1 on 6/26.. She said no problem an that she would follow up with me.. Both promises were broken from her not only did payments come out on the wrong days but i have incurred a plethora of fees .. I'm so incredibly frustrated an irritated.. I do what att requests of me an i still am with out the customer service promise...
