Customer Support is horrible

I just paid 700.00 dollars on June 17th.  I manage all of my accounts online.  My ex husband went into a store with my consent and they let him move his line and  was told there was no balance .. I know because he called me from the store.  This occured in April.  Today they cut all six of my phone lines off for a 30.09 balance that I had no knowledge about.  They say they sent me a paper bill, which is likely. However since my account is managed on-line why would I be looking for a paper bill for an account thay my ex husband maintained.   The logic has left the buiding.  Im stuck at work.  I have no access to make a payment and they plan to charge me 50.00 for a disconnect fee.  Mind you it was easy for her to look into my account history for this balance but its no where in my active account.  When I logged in it reads your account has been disconnected due to a 0.00 balance.   I can't deal with this I plan to cut my ties with AT&T as soon as possible.  They are ridiculus
