We just noticed that my husband's phone isn't eligible for upgrade. And that we have been paying for it every month on the Next 24 plan. We have the receipt from the AT&T store in Vernal UT. That says we paid his phone completely off at time of our purchases. But since December 2014 we have been paying for his all over again. Only one of our phones was supposed to be on the Next 24 because we paid cash for his in store at the time of purchase. We paid almost 500 in the store. I can submit proof of this. What should we do to be reimbursed and to fix this issue? The phone number associated with the account and the phone that's has been paid already is 4352193975 Cain Cabello. Only the 4352195036 hadn't been paid and was put on Next 24. We paid almost 500 when we purchased everything and almost 400 on our first bill. Doesn't seem right. Also I just want to say the 1 dollar iPad we got 2 of them and it wasn't explained to us that those were put on a 2 year contract. We never use them and have ended up paying more than they were worth to keep them on our plan. I was under the impression we would be able to cancel that service later. Didn't know we were under a 2 year contract. Seems like we were taken advantage of and the store took our money but has been charging us this entire time. I want credit for the phone we paid in full already. I have the receipt. So glad I never threw it away. That's 384 they never gave us credit for. And we are stuck with this until we can pay off the phones but since one is currently still saying we owe on it we can't do anything about it.
