At&t is not accepting any responsibilities when you make a claim / like in my case / I cancelled my order / in due process / and was given the run around for $149.00 plus late charges still affecting my billing cycle as we speak / outside sources bill automatically on the date / to at&t but when your due a refund , they will not remove the bill till (3) billing cycles / meanwhile your paying late charges on money you didn't purchase or used in your plan. And it's a hassle repeatedly getting on the phone with what they call customer service / and repeat this long verbal process / to yet another major blow to this company that can't seem to fix an outside source ...
