Very Unhappy with the Customer Service Provided by at&t

Hi

 

AT&T I can say has the worst customer service exoerience I can imagine. So bad that within less than a year of being with them I am planning on quitting them. Just super incompetant online service that has made me wait for more than 6 hours total combined within the last 2 weeks without resolving my issue and now my phone being suspended now. If no resolution comes within next two days I am moving away from at&t.

I made a payment on May 25th using my checking account. But for that payment made once at&t attempted to take that payment out thrice from my savings account. The only difference between my savings and checkings account is that the checking has 2 extra digit at the end. So after 3 failed attempts I realize what att was doing and told them so. After being on the phone for 4 hours, they said that they will refund me back the 90 dollars in the NSF fees that my bank charged me once the payment comes back and and I make the payment towards the account. So it was all good till the payment reversed and they suspended my account and asked me to pay 178 dollars to restore the account. So  I just made the payment of $240 and still the account is not restored and someone is asking another 130 dollars to restore it. So overall att is asking me to pay them 500 dollars for a phone bill just within a month. I do not see any right calculation over here. So here I am waiting to hear back from some companies while my phone is off because att will not honor any of their words. But hands down with so much m,isinformtion given to me I do not even know if I want to trust them at all or not. So probably heading towards the cancellation mode now.
